Basic Policy

The Yamato Kogyo Group has continued activities to ensure occupational safety and health with the belief that “safety takes precedence over everything else.”
Based on this, we believe that the safety and health of its employees is essential for the continuous development of the Group, and communicate the “Yamato Kogyo Group Health and Productivity Management Declaration” inside and outside the company, strategically promoting initiatives for health promotion activities as a health investment.
