Bolt Drop Prevention Washer
One of the components used to change the direction of a turnout is the Switch rod. The switch rod is connected to the rail via a connecting plate. If the bolt securing the switch rod and the connecting plate becomes loose, it may fall out, preventing the turnout from operating properly. By using an Bolt drop Prevention Washer , the bolt remains in place even if it loosens, thereby preventing turnout malfunction.
