JR West’s Major Railway Project Involving Around 2,000 Workers
We supplied a large number of turnouts for the elevated JR Himeji Station and the major track switching work on the Sanyo Main Line. The first-phase construction (Sanyo Main Line) was a large-scale project where Sanyo Electric Railway and JR simultaneously carried out track switching work. For this project, we supplied scissors crossings, diamond crossings, Simple turnouts, and Simple turnouts for temporary tracks. We delivered Simple turnouts for the second phase of this project. At the time, this project was one of JR Westlargest railway construction projects, involving more than 2,000 workers involved in the construction.

Assembled a Curved Scissors Crossing Over 100 Meters Long Without Sectioning
We delivered a special scissors crossing that was scheduled to be installed in the curved section of Kintetsu Railway's Kyoto Station. The project site was highly constrained and featured curved lines, which track installation particularly challenging. Through numerous discussions with our customer, we identified the optimal alignment for our customer and succesfully implemented it. Although it was the largest curved scissors crossing in Japan, exceeding 100 meters in total length, we assembled it as a single integrated unit at our own plant without dividing it into sections.
