Automatic Rail Machining Center

A fully automated rail processing system that manages machining as well as material loading and unloading. This groundbreaking production facility is unprecedented in Japan and rarely seen overseas. Rail Machining Center

By combining advanced NC (numerical control) technology with high-precision machining, this system enables precise processing of long rails up to 25 meters in length. It supports drilling and cutting operations with exceptional accuracy.

Horizontal Machining Center w/ Flexible Manufacturing System

This system automates the machining of various types of plates used in railway turnouts. Equipped with automation features such as CAD-based automatic programming and an Automatic Pallet Changer (APC), it enables continuous, around-the-clock operation. This ensures efficient, high-volume processing of components with minimal human intervention.

Multi-Tasking Machines

This machine was introduced to manufacture complex-shaped parts with high precision. It is capable of performing a wide range of machining processes on a single unit. Bolt Image Inspection System

Utilizing advanced image processing technology and high-resolution cameras, this system thoroughly inspects the quality of bolt products before shipment. The high-resolution cameras detect even the finest scratches and deformations with high precision. With its fast processing capabilities, the system contributes to labor reduction, improved quality, and prevents defective products from being shipped.

Cold Rolling Thread

This innovative cold rolling machine combines a uniquely developed turntable-style bolt alignment mechanism. The system utilizes camera sensors and image recognition technology to instantly determine the orientation of the bolts. The turntable then automatically aligns the bolts in the optimal position and supplies them accurately to the heading process. By fully automating what was once a manual alignment task, it has significantly reduced labor costs and improved operational efficiency.

Hot Rolling Thread

Our screw bolt hot rolling machine is a state-of-the-art, fully automated production system that integrates advanced heating technology with precision rolling techniques. By rapidly and accurately rolling heated materials, it enables the mass production of high-quality bolts. Even during high-temperature processing, proper temperature management ensures that material quality is maintained, delivering stable products without compromising performance.
