Glued Insulated Rail Joint (JIS Standard)

This product is designed to reinforce insulated joints in track by bonding the rail and joint bars with adhesive. It is built with sufficient strength to withstand high axial forces in long rail sections. As this is a critical component in railway infrastructure, we are strictly managing the manufacturing process.

Compromise Rail

It is used when replacing an existing rail with a different rail type. The manufacturing method involves forging the rail ends into a lighter type or shape of rail.

Buffer Stop

This device used to prevent trains from overrunning or derailing. Certain types of buffer stops are constructed using H-beams.
