LRT Turnouts

Turnout with Grooved Rail (R = 25 m)

This is a turnout that uses grooved rails for tramways. The turnout is manufactured by an overseas supplier and then assembled at our domestic factory before shipment.

Grooved Rail

A type of rail used for tramways. It features a groove in the rail profile to accommodate the wheel flange of the tram.

Tongue and Mate  (Rail Type)

Manufactured from rail material, this tongue mate does not require casting molds, unlike those made from manganese steel.

Crossover
(Rail Type, 5# R = 45 m)

This is a crossover track used for LRT (Light Rail Transit) systems. The photo shows a turnout made with 50N rail.

Assembled Crossing (for Flange Running)

Flange running is enabled by rail-type crossing. Like the rail-type tongue and mate, no casting mold is required.
