【1】Resource recovery in the production process
We use waste iron scrap as our main raw material and recycle the slag, dust, scale, and other waste generated in the manufacturing process. We have produced a manual for the management of slag and slag products that follows the guidelines related to the management of iron and steel slag products formulated by the Nippon Slag Association for the proper management of such products, and adhere to it as part of our efforts in this regard.
【2】Licensed to manage industrial waste and industrial waste requiring special treatment
Hospitals and clinics generate hypodermic needles, syringe barrels, and materials used for examinations, along with many other kinds of medical waste. Such medical waste carries the risk of infection with hepatitis C and other viruses. Safe, proper disposal is necessary to prevent such problems as illegal dumping and the generation of dioxins when incinerating medical waste. We use an electric furnace to safely and completely recycle waste.
