On October 1,2003, Yamato Steel Company Limited was spun off from Yamato Kogyo Company Limited to become a separate entity. We will pursue stable and continuous growth through a flexible response to the changing environment of a fast moving economy in both domestic and international market. For this goal we will do our best to manage our new company as one of the proud members of Yamato Kogyo group. In technological development, we will strive for high quality, high value-added products.
