We understand that it is important to protect the information we receive that identifies customer (hereafter, "personal information"), and in order to protect that information, we are committed to the initiatives that follow.
1) We will gather, use, offer, and deposit appropriate personal information.
Gathering, using, offering, or depositing personal information against an individual's will results in a violation of rights and a loss of trust as a business. For this reason, our management rules for those action will be clearly stated, and we will manage this personal information appropriately. When gathering personal information from a customer, we will only gather the necessary personal information after clarifying the purpose for gathering such information and offering ways to contact our company. Unless required by law, we will not show or offer this information to a third party without the customer's consent. In the event that we need to provide the customer's personal information to a contracted party, we will properly manage the handling of said personal information when offered to the contracted party, while also requiring the contracted party to protect that personal information via a security contract or by other means.
2) We will establish measures to prevent the loss, destruction,
falsification, or leaking of personal information
We will establish measures to prevent unauthorized access and to prevent viruses in order to prevent the loss, destruction, falsification, or leaking of personal information.
3) We shall observe all laws and other policies
We will conform with company policies, while also observing laws and other policies related to the handling of personal information, including the Personal Information Protection Law. We will also train and develop all employed personnel, including executives, on observing laws and policies.
